Establishment of Almatex Ltd Co. in Hungary which is the first joint Turkish-Hungarian venture that reached to a success level of importing 20% of Turkey’s total textile exports to Hungary, resulting with wholesaling those goods; Ultra Co. becomes one of the most successful exporter company of Turkey and receives its first award from the Chamber of Commerce of Istanbul.

Ultra Co. Inc. seperates into two companies. The two companies start their activities as Ultra Construction & Tourizm Co Inc. and Ultra International Trade & Textile Ind Co Inc.

Ultra Int. Trade & Textile Ind Co as a garment production factory starts to produce big quantities for its export markets of USA and Europe.

Fora Co. Ltd. was created for design developing.

Lebi Co. Ltd. was established as a fabric and accessory supply company for Ultra Group.

Forlife Co Ltd was established in Hungary for marketing Ultra Co Inc. and increasing its production capacity for Europe.

Establisment of Via Ltd Co for managing the retail chain stores of ladies underwear, sleepwear & homewear items under Girlstop brand in Turkey.

Ultra Co Inc. creates Pop & Pink brand targeting wholesale activity in Europe and starts to attend to Paris International Lingerie Fairs two times a year.

Ultra Co. Inc. sells her shares at Via Ltd. together with the Girlstop brand & the retail chain stores.

Fora Ltd Company starts to manage the new retail chain stores of ladies underwear, sleepwear and loungewear items under Pop & Pink brand in Turkey while the main activity of Ultra Group: design, production and exports is continuing to USA & Europe.

Ultra Group of Companies ends its activity in retail and Fora merges with Ultra.

Ultra Group of Companies (Ultra, Lebi & Forlife) successfully continues its activities towards the American and European markets with its strong design support as a production factory. The main production catagories Ultra Group produces includes styles of sleepwear, homewear, underwear, activewear and outwear.
